Nutrin Peanut Extract is a flavoring oil with
a very strong peanut flavor. Even the addition of only 3% to 5% in a formula is
normally enough to impart a strong peanut note to any food product. This
material is perfect in applications where the addition of oil is permitted, and
where it is necessary to impart a strong roasted peanut note to the flavor.
Peanut extract finds many uses throughout the food industry.
It can be used as a compounding base for flavor applications. It can be used, to
strengthen the peanut flavor of oil-roasted peanuts without burning them. It can
also be used as a general flavoring agent in candy and nutrition bars, peanut
butter analogues, baked goods (such as muffins and cookies), and dessert
toppings. It doesn’t take much of this ingredient to achieve a delicious
peanut note, and the product has a remarkable stability that far exceeds peanut
butter or roasted peanuts
