Description |
This product
comprises brown powders possessing an intense flavor and aroma characteristic of darkly roasted
peanuts. The flavor profile of this product contains very
dark roasted peanut notes, with some burnt notes.
The product is intended
for use as a flavoring agent to add roasted
peanut flavor to candy and nutrition bars, compound coatings, and baked goods. Can be
used as a masking agent to mask flavor of nutrition supplements, vitamins,
and minerals, with burnt notes then masked by sweetener. Also used in small quantities as a flavor intensifier in peanut butter. Certified Gluten-Free and Kosher. |

Shelf Life |
To maximize useful life of
this product, Nutrin ships
and stores this product in
vacuum-sealed bags under refrigeration. This product stores
well at 55% - 65% relative humidity in the dark at 2-8°C for 10-12 months, or at 18°C
for 6-9 months. |
